Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains and only 15 minutes
east of Asheville, The Settings of Black Mountain reflects the relaxed charm and artistic

their home here. Spanning 364 acres, The Settings of Black Mountain overlooks
the historic town of Black Mountain and gazes out toward the Blue Ridge. A
select number of homesites at the top of the mountain
adjoin a 100-acre conservation area, which will never be built on.

Gatehouse:

Clubhouse:
Construction completed in 2007. Elegantly appointed clubhouse will ultimately include full kitchen facilities for social functions; office areas to retreat and work privately or to hold meetings; expansive patios and decks; outdoor pool; children's activity center and play areas; outdoor picnic pavilions with stone fireplaces; and lawn space for outdoor games and sports activities
Fitness Center:
The clubhouse will have a fitness room, men's and women's changing rooms with showers and a sauna.
Beanstalk Children’s Adventure Playground:
Construction completed in 2007, the adventure playground features climbing towers, rope walkways and assorted other imaginative innovations.
Trail System:
Created by the internationally recognized trail design firm Trail Dynamics, led by Woody Keen, the community features trails that range from very detailed to very primitive—from moderate to challenging. Some trails are complemented by overlooks and gazebos.
Utilities:
Utilities include community water, sewer, natural or propane gas, electricity and fiber optic cable. All utilities will be underground.
Black Mountain:
