DESCRIPTION OF NORTH RIM

Amidst skyscraping Ponderosas, twisting Junipers and imposing rock outcroppings, 122 home sites of one acre and larger capture some of the area's most sought-after-sights: the river, the Cascade peaks and the Central Oregon high plateau. The Lodge is the heart and soul of North Rim to be used by homeowners for social gatherings, special events, meetings and conferences, daily mail retrieval and other association activities. The North Rim Lodge showcases the architectural and landscaping standards established for the homes of North Rim.

Private Park:

A private park boasts gorgeous views of the Cascades and is settled deep in the community, close to access to the Deschutes River Trail. This near two-acre park is for the use of North Rim owners and their guests. Owners will be able to picnic, enjoy family gatherings on open lawn spaces, compete in a game of tennis and enjoy Central Oregon sunsets at strategic overlooks.
