DESCRIPTION OF TETHEROW

Featuring the sweeping Cascade Mountain Range as a backdrop, Tetherow will feature a private resort golf course designed by David McLay Kidd, member's clubhouse, world class hotel, restaurant and bar, full service spa, swimming pool, fitness facility and access to trails in the Deschutes National Forest. Tetherow will be unique as one of the few Kidd designed courses to actually offer homesites on the course. Kidd is the world renowned architect of Bandon Dunes on the Oregon coast, and is currently designing the seventh course at St. Andrews in Scotland.

Tetherow's best feature may be its location, just three roundabouts from the heart of downtown Bend. Owners will be connected to all of Bend's culinary and cultural delights while enjoying life on the edge of the Deschutes National Forest.

Tetherow homesites will range in size from one-third to more than an acre, with the majority being in the half acre range; prices for homesites will begin at $400,000. Our Priority Reservation Program will begin in Spring 2007 with the initial offering scheduled for mid 2007. The community will also feature lodge homes and townhomes that will be built in the near future.
