DESCRIPTION OF THE SETTINGS OF MACKAY POINT

Spanish moss drapes from live-oak trees. Waves of marsh grass sway in the Carolina breeze. And a tranquil river meanders its way to the sea. The Settings of Mackay Point offers a refreshing new interpretation of low country living. Unlike many coastal destinations, The Settings of Mackay Point is easy to get to. It’s only two miles east of I-95, and the Pocotaligo River provides access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Designed to feature a valuable wildlife management program, the community will preserve roughly 40 percent of its acreage as permanent greenspace.

Gated entrance with greeter’s cottage.
